A polyethylene boat requires little maintenance.

Nevertheless, it is highly recommended :

• Rinse it with clear water after each use, especially after a session in a marine environment.
• Regularly check the handles, screws and bolts.
• During the winter period, a spot of marine grease on the metal parts anticipates the deposition of a layer of dirt indelible over time.

It is also recommended to coat rubber hatches with a layer of marine grease during long sessions of inactivity and winter in order to preserve the technical properties of these parts.
